Hi, we're updating Cruising Ports: the Central American Route this summer.

We are off to Florida to join No Plans, a 57 Nordhavn, our research boat. On Valentine's Day, we'll be heading down into Mexico, the Yucatan Channel, Belize, Rio Dulce, Honduras, the Bay Islands, Western Caribbean islands, Panama, the Panama Canal, Costa Rica's Pacific coast, Nicaragua, El Salvador and Guatemala - taking the next 2.5 months at least - all to update our nautical guidebook - Cruising Ports: the Central American Route.

We'll be gathering the latest information for our text, and we'll be conducting bathymetric surveys to greatly enhance our charts or chartlets. Stay tuned here for frequent posts from underway (not edited perfectly), as we head south from the US toward the Panama Canal.
